1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Republic of Red USA, located at 675 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA 30076. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Republic of Red USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 1/1/2025 12:00 am and ends once tickets are sold out. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Promotion by purchasing a rock glass from Republic of Red USA during the Promotion Period. Each purchase of one (1) rock glass constitutes two (2) entries into the Promotion. Alternatively, participants may enter without purchase by submitting and filling out the entry form below. All participants are allowed one free entry into the giveaway.

5. Prizes

A total of sixty (60) exclusive t-shirts will be awarded as prizes, some as bundles. These t-shirts are not available for sale on the website. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is estimated between $30-$150. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt or use of a prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place once all tickets are sold. Winners will be notified via Email/Phone within 3 days. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and Facebook from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in this Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
